(1) The composition of the Council shall be as following:
(a) Attorney General – Chairperson
(b) President, Nepal Bar Association – Member
(c) Secretary, Ministry of law, Justice and
Parliamentary affairs – Member
(d) Secretary (Law) office of the Prime minister
and Council of Ministers – Member
(e) Secretary, Nepal Law Commission – Member
(f) Secretary, Ministry of Land Reform and
Management – Member
(g) Secretary, Ministry of Foreign Affairs – Member
(h) Registrar, the Supreme Court – Member
(2) The secretary as of Section 7 shall work as the secretary the Council.
(3) The procedure relating to the meetings of the council shall be as prescribed.
